Under the Guardian Service we will advise you on any local factors of which we are aware (Oh, didn’t you know about the nuclear power station over the hill?), liaise over the price to offer and advise one the likely costs you will incur. Upon agreeing a purchase we will confirm the terms, conditions and contact details of the involved parties having recommended legal advisors to act on your behalf, as necessary.

We would then keep an overview of the conveyancing and obtain agreement on completion dates. Finally we will accompany you to their office at the time of signing and assist you in understanding the processes and costs.
